A brand new class starts at Pure Havana – Pelvic Floor Pilates 🌿

Are you curious about your pelvic floor and how it supports your overall health?

Join pelvic floor physiotherapist and dancer Diana Blaney, from Shiloh Pelvic Physio for a gentle and educational Pelvic Floor Pilates workshop designed to help you reconnect with the foundation of your core.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of pelvic floor anatomy, how breath and posture affect pelvic health, and how to find and feel your pelvic floor muscles. You’ll also move through calming breathing and stretching exercises to help relax these muscles and support your overall well-being.  This is perfect for women with tight pelvic floors/high stress lives or for dancers recovering from an injury.

What you can expect:

  • Beginner-friendly pelvic floor education
  • Gentle Pilates-based exercises
  • Breath work for relaxation and core connection
  • Light stretching to release pelvic floor tension
  • A supportive, welcoming environment
  • Safe, for women space – time for questions and personal guidance
  • Small group of 5-6 participants

About the Instructor:

Diana Blaney is a pelvic floor physiotherapist with nine years of experience working in pediatric and maternal health and pelvic rehabilitation. She supports individuals experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, sexual discomfort, and postpartum challenges. Diana provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a movement-focused setting.

What to bring:

A pilates or yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle.

Times:

Tuesdays at Pure Havana from 5-6pm

Pricing:$60/class. However, once you do an individualized evaluation, you can use your benefits to cover this under physiotherapy.  You need to book a one on one prior to starting the classes to get a physiotherapy receipts.  This can be done by contacting Diana @ diana@shilohpelvicphysio.com
